Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clearbudgetservices.com (the "Site"), our digital templates, and the administrative support services offered by Clear Budget Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By using the Site, purchasing a template, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What We Are — and Aren't
Clear Budget Services, LLC is an administrative support company. It is not a CPA firm, bank, lender, investment adviser, insurance agency, trust company, tax preparer, credit repair organization, debt settlement company, or law firm. Services and templates are limited to bookkeeping support, budget organization, HOA/property administrative support, workflow assistance, and educational tools, and do not include tax, legal, investment, insurance, lending, credit repair, or debt settlement advice. Clients remain responsible for all financial, tax, legal, lending, insurance, business, HOA, and personal decisions, and should consult the appropriate licensed professional when regulated advice is needed.
2. Service Area
During this initial launch phase, Clear Budget Services, LLC serves Utah clients only. Remote service within Utah may be available depending on the service type and onboarding requirements.
3. Engaged Services
Ongoing bookkeeping support, budget organization, HOA/property support, and workflow services are provided only once a signed Service Agreement is in place. Scope, deliverables, fees, billing, and cancellation terms for engaged services are set out in that Service Agreement, not in these Terms. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed Service Agreement for a specific client, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.
4. Digital Templates
Digital templates and companion guides sold through our storefront are licensed for use by the purchasing individual, household, business, or HOA only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased templates or guides with others outside your own organization. Templates are provided as-is, for administrative and organizational purposes; you are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to your own situation before relying on them. Digital template purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, consistent with the policy shown at checkout.
5. Client Portal & Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate our business, including Financial Cents (secure client portal and document sharing), Resend (intake form delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). Your use of the client portal is also subject to that provider's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
6. Website Use
The Site, its content, and its design are owned by Clear Budget Services, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than templates you've purchased under Section 4. You agree not to use the Site in any way that interferes with its operation or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The Site, its content, and our digital templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Budget Services, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or templates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
